MFG is home to some of Australia's most iconic footwear brands. Over the years our marketing team have created the identity of our brands to become synonymous with quality, trust, comfort, and style across Australia. Due to the continuous success and growth of our marketing team, we have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique role for someone who has experience working in digital or retail marketing and is looking for the next step in their marketing career.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing Manager of our Williams range you will be rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into some exciting projects. We have an experienced and passionate marketing team for you to work with who will support your growth and development in this role.
As part of your action-packed day, you will;
- Assist with planning of brand marketing and promotional calendar activities
- Drive activity across our Digital and Social Media channels inline with our customer journey strategy
- Assist with Production management, asset development and production planning including dispatch of materials
- Utilise sales and stock on hand reports to build into content and communications strategies
- Brief and execute digital communications tactics including content creation and integration
- Be a part of industry events and twice a year conferences!
- Brief and execute all in-store and out of home signage programs ensuring consistency of programs and assets
- Engage cross functionally to ensure initiatives are executed as planned and agreed
About you
We're seeking a confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about communicating, teamwork and Marketing. If you have a “can do” personality who can pivot around the usual challenges of a busy marketing team, then this could be your next role.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications or marketing preferred
- 1+ years' of relevant professional marketing experience
- Have omni-channel experience and an understanding of social media, e-commerce and digital marketing metrics and channels
- Ideally you will have experience in a multi-brand retail company.
- Hands on experience in assisting with the implementation of successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Have a drive to collaborate and an ability to work autonomously as well as a team member
- Have an ability to work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Have experience reporting, with proficiency in using systems and tools to demonstrate project management and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc)
