Your new role

Being part of our Store Leadership team as a Store Manager or an Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for taking the store to the next level! You will be leading your team to create a great customer experience, increase sales, and maintain the operational store standards.

Duties

• Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience
• Maintain VM standards and stock management
• Roster management and wage control
• Lead, motivate and inspire to achieve store targets
• Coach, develop and mentor your team

Skills & Experience

• Previous Retail Management experience
• Passion for coaching and developing your team
• Strong organisational skills - Ability to multi-task
• Creating a customer service culture
• Driving performance within your team
