Your new role

As the Store Manager of our Mathers Miranda flagship store, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of your store. You'll lead your team to provide exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain high operational standards. With our state-of-the-art Point of Sale system, you'll have everything you need to drive results.

Duties

• Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience
• Maintain VM standards and stock management
• Roster management and wage control
• Lead, motivate and inspire to achieve store targets
• Coach, develop and mentor your team
