Job Description
- Architect and deliver world-class front-end solutions for our e-commerce applications, driving excellence with React UI and NextJS.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to bring responsive designs to life
- Champion front-end technical architecture, ensuring best practices in SEO, CRO, and A/B testing for a dynamic and optimised user experience.
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about front-end architecture and delivering excellent user experiences. If you're skilled in innovative design, you're an agile problem solver and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
As a Full Stack Developer Lead, you'll be responsible for designing and developing world-class front-end experiences for our e-commerce applications, primarily using React UI and NextJS. You will also work closely with UI/UX experts to create responsive, visually engaging web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop top-tier front-end solutions for web applications, primarily using React UI and NextJS.
- Collaborating within an agile team alongside UI/UX designers, implementing React components that bring designs to life within the NextJS framework.
- Guiding and mentoring front-end developers, fostering skill growth and ensuring high-quality development standards.
- Driving front-end technical architecture and leading solution design to improve the user experience.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to manage SEO, CRO, and A/B testing strategies effectively.
- Maintaining and enhancing design systems using Storybook to support scalable, reusable component design.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in Front-End Development, with advanced skills in React and NextJS. Prior experience in Front-End Development within a retail environment is highly desirable
- Expertise in front-end architecture, especially in e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of agile project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with SEO, CRO, A/B testing, and a deep understanding of digital design principles.
- Experience working with design systems (Storybook)and collaborating with UI/UX experts.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing technical teams.
