About you

Are you a trendsetter and not afraid to show your style? As the Cluster, you will have a passion for coaching, training, and achieving business targets, while providing exceptional customer service.

• Proven experience as a multi-site or Cluster Manager in the Retail industry – Fashion or Footwear experience desired
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams to deliver desired targets  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills  
• Ability to analyse sales and operational data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.  

Your new role

Due to an exciting internal restructure within Munro Footwear Group, we have created a new Cluster Manager position within our Midas Boutiques NSW Portfolio. Based in our Midas Picadilly boutique you will be part of the success of our Mosman, Warringah, Miranda, and St Ives Boutiques.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 5 Midas boutiques
• Manage and motivate a team of Store Managers
• Drive sales across your region
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered across all stores.
• Ensure all stores comply with company standards.
