Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Sample Coordinator to join our Studio Team. This role is perfect for someone looking to transition into a Support Office and is ready for the next step.
Reporting to the Photographer Team Lead, you'll prepare and style shoes for the Photography Team, ensuring readiness for shoots, assist with e-commerce photography, and monitor the production process, ensuring the timely completion of samples from order, receipt, photography, and quality control, while effectively prioritising and tracking samples.

- Oversee sample organisation and coordination throughout studio processes, including ordering, tracking, preparation, and allocation
- Provide general administrative support to the Photography team to improve the efficiency and productivity of e-commerce
- Prepare and style products for photography, ensuring alignment with shoot requirements
- Manage and organise all inbound and outbound product samples
- Monitor the production process, ensuring timely completion of samples from receipt to photography, retouching, and quality control, ensuring no products are missed
- Place daily sample orders from the warehouse, coordinating effectively with internal teams
- Update and maintain sample data in Excel documents for accurate tracking
- Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including Content, Marketing, Product Development, and the Distribution Centre (DC)
About You
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of data management
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage time, to effectively meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic, high-energy work setting
- A keen interest in photography and styling is advantageous
