Job Description
At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we have a 12-month Fixed Term Contract available for an experienced retail Senior Planner. Leading a team of two, the successful candidate will oversee the planning, strategies, and drive financial success for our Mollini, Midas and Concession brands.

- Develop and maintain merchandise and assortment plans tailored to focus areas
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to meet sales targets
- Analyse categories and products to determine optimal buy quantities
- Oversee stock allocation, order management, and in-store merchandising guideline
About you
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual with proven Planning experience, with a full understanding of size curves and the allocations' function.
- Knowledge of footwear or fashion retailing, supply principles and retail store administration procedures
- Commercial awareness in Merchandising
- Ability to observe, interpret and act upon trends in customer behaviour
- Excellent attention to detail with an analytical mind
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Great interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude for getting the job done
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel (Advanced knowledge of databases and spread sheets)
