Job Description
As Munro Footwear Group (MFG) enters a new phase with the planned implementation of a new HRIS (Dayforce) we have an opportunity for a Payroll Systems and Reporting Coordinator to join the Payroll Team.
In this role, you will conduct HRIS audits to ensure compliance with Awards, business rules, and Fair Work/ATO regulations, contributing to the effective management of people systems and reporting. You will be assisting with the implementation and maintenance of our HRIS (Dayforce). Supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency by collaborating with process owners to enhance team member experiences while maintaining the integrity of HR data and reporting
About you
- Experience with Dayforce preferred but not essential
- Prior experience in a Payroll Officer/ System Analyst / HR Coordinator role
- Exposure to implementing HR/Payroll technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data
- Skilled in interpreting and adjusting award configurations in T&A systems
- Experienced in reviewing/updating procedural documentation
- Experienced in working with large volumes of data to identify anomalies
- Excel champion – Proficient in XLOOKUP, Pivots, IF AND statements
