Due to these changes, we have a newly created opportunity for a Senior Regional Manager to lead our NSW team, focusing on our NSW Williams stores.

In this role, you will lead a team of Area Managers to drive sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences across a portfolio of stores. You'll manage day-to-day operations, execute growth strategies, develop leadership capability, and champion MFG's values in every aspect of team and store performance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business objectives that contribute to the retail strategy
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team capability development
• Empower and enable leaders to achieve their targets
• Fostering a customer-first culture by mentoring your team to proactive problem-solving and relationship-building
• Monitor training completion and partner with capability teams to drive growth
• Champion an inclusive, values-led, and safety-conscious team culture
• Upskill teams in safety best practices, loss prevention, and incident response

About you

• 5+ years of experience in senior leadership at a retail organisation, preferably within the footwear or fashion industry
• Proven track record of leading large teams (150+) over multiple locations and sites with a “hands-on” leadership style
• Experienced in developing, influencing and executing sales business plans to achieve strategic objectives
• Organisational, interpersonal, administrative and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management ability and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate IT system skills
