As a Product Development Senior Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless communication, smooth range releases, and efficient coordination of samples and projects.
About the role
You will be the go-to person for keeping our Product Development team running like clockwork. From managing day-to-day administration, to supporting major range launches, your role will ensure our processes are streamlined and our people are equipped for success.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Product Development department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate product samples and assist with range release timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners
- Manage and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Support ad-hoc administrative requests to assist the wider team
- Maintain a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to evolving priorities
About you
You're a natural organiser and problem-solver with a calm, professional presence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep multiple priorities on track, and excel at helping others perform at their best.
- 3+ years' experience in high-level administration or coordination roles
- Strong skills in document management, executive support, and reporting
- Proficiency with SharePoint and the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and handle confidential matters with discretion
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
