The Role

As Store Manager at Williams Bendigo Lansell, you'll lead from the front - driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.

What you'll do:

• Create memorable customer moments every day
• Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
• Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
• Manage rosters and wage performance with precision
• Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride
