At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Change Delivery team and play a key role in driving impactful technology and business transformation initiatives.

This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver smarter, more efficient solutions that support both current operations and future growth.

About the role

As a Business Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of business and technology, translating needs into solutions and ensuring projects are delivered effectively from concept through to go-live. You'll work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to analyse, design, and improve business processes, ensuring outcomes are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and commercially sound.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and systems to identify improvements and ensure solutions meet functional and future business needs.
• Support end-to-end project delivery from concept and requirements through to implementation and go-live.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve strategic outcomes.
• Document current and future state processes, including system interactions and dependencies.
• Assist with test planning, execution, and service transition activities.
• Analyse current technology capabilities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, flexibility, and performance.
• Advocate for continuous improvement, change, and innovation across the business.

About you

• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Business Analyst within a complex, cross-functional Retail environment is essential. 
• ERP upgrade or integration project experience is essential.
• Experience using Jira, Miro and Visio is essential. 
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience working across end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and outcomes.
• Experience with system integration, solution design, and testing processes.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
