Logistics Coordinator | Melbourne Head Office

Job Description

At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to step into a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where you'll play a key role in keeping our supply chain moving efficiently. You'll work across suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure products flow seamlessly, while driving cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Head of Logistics, this role blends coordination, analysis, and continuous improvement. You'll support day-to-day logistics operations while delivering insights to optimise performance across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Procurement, Wholesale and DC teams to meet delivery priorities.
• Monitor ASN accuracy and track logistics partner performance (KPIs).
• Analyse logistics spend, throughput and costs to identify efficiencies.
• Support reporting, accruals, budgeting and supply chain insights.
• Assist with projects, RFPs and building operational reporting.
• Manage 3PL workflows, international shipping and logistics queries.
• Maintain supplier manuals, systems and data integrity.
• Contribute to forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

• Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, supply chain or operations. Retail advantageous
• Strong Excel competency.
• Experience with BI and reporting platforms.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• You are a natural communicator, with well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• You can take initiative, prioritise and multitask, as well as have proven time-management skills.
