At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're investing in the future of Product Development, as part of this exciting transformation, we're creating a new Product Developer | Rockport opportunity to strengthen our growing team.

The role
Reporting to the Head of Product Development Operations & Delivery, you'll play a key role in developing seasonal footwear ranges for Rockport. From initial concepts through to production approval, you'll work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet our quality standards, brand vision and critical path timelines.
Key responsible
- Developing seasonal footwear collections from concept through to production Rockport
- Preparing product specifications, colourways and technical documentation
- Managing samples throughout the development and fitting process
- Conducting fit sessions and providing technical feedback to suppliers
- Working with offshore manufacturers to ensure quality, accuracy and on-time delivery
- Maintaining product information and production specifications
- Collaborating with Buying, Procurement, Marketing and Wholesale teams
- Supporting sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement across Product Development
About you
- Experience in Product Development within footwear – essential
- A passion for product, fashion and emerging trends
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and seasonal deadlines
- Confidence working with offshore suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Experience preparing technical specifications and managing product information
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel – essential
- Experience with ERP systems such as M3 - highly regarded
