Due to our growth we have an exciting role available for a Cluster Manager to oversee a portfolio of our retail stores in North QLD. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience to ensure the successful leadership of the retail teams. We are looking for a people person, who demonstrates outstanding customer service and can deliver operational excellence whilst leading by example.

Reporting to the QLD State Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of 7 multi branded stores across Northern QLD
  • Recruitment, engagement, development and management of your store teams
  • Support and develop Store Managers in all areas of effective Store management
  • Overall accountability for the sales, expenses, stock take and other KPI results in your area to ensure long term business growth in accordance with the company vision
  • Ensuring your store teams deliver on store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), by actively driving sales with a focus on quality customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Support Office, Centre Management where stores are located
  • Working with all other departments to ensure correct stock levels and styles for each store to maximise revenue

To be successful you will have:

  • Have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar Cluster / Area Manager role (speciality fashion chain preferred and footwear advantageous)
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Have in depth knowledge of general retail operations including sales achievement, stock management and general store operations procedures
  • A positive vibrant energy to inspire your team and be a hands on leader
  • Exceptional organisational skills and able to effectively manage conflicting priorities
