Job Description
At Munro Footwear Group (MFG). We're on the lookout for a People Systems & Analytics Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of our new HRIS (Dayforce).
This is a pivotal role sitting at the intersection of People, Systems, and Data, where you will be driving a transformation that will shape how we manage, support, and engage our team across retail, distribution, and support office. Please note - This is an 18-month fixed-term contract
About the role
As the business lead and product owner, you'll oversee the delivery and adoption of Dayforce, ensuring it meets operational, compliance, and strategic workforce needs while providing a seamless user experience. Working closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders, you'll deliver outcomes that simplify processes, strengthen data insights, and improve decision making across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Drive change management to ensure leaders and team members are well-equipped, supported, and confident in navigating the system
- Post-implementation, take on ongoing ownership, administration, and continuous improvement of Dayforce
- Oversee workforce management and rostering governance, ensuring retail rosters are compliant, efficient, and commercially sound
- Translate workforce data into meaningful analytics and insights that drive decisions around training, compliance, and performance
About you
- Proven experience implementing an HCM/HRIS, ideally in a retail or FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of HR operations and workforce management, with awareness of the General Retail Industry Award, is favourable
- Hands-on project management experience across scope, time, cost, and change management
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce HCM is highly regarded, though not essential
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions
