 About your next role

 Being in a Talent role can be tough, it can be a thankless task, particularly in today's challenge climate. How satisfying is it, when you work with stakeholders across a business that view Talent as a strategic and valued partner?  In this role you'll enjoy working collaboratively across our corporate functions, in both an advisory and delivery capacity.

You'll get stuck into a diverse range of roles and be empowered to think creatively about how to attract the best talent.

As part of a highly regarded P+C function, with positive and inclusive leadership to boot, this is a high impact and interesting role where you can make your mark.

 About You

The culture in our team is pretty special, it's inclusive, open-minded and fun. We are therefore seeking someone who is equally positive and team orientated. You'll have a solid foundation of working in an end to end corporate recruitment role, with the ability to speak 'IT hiring' one moment and transition to exec hiring the next. We're looking for someone who can engage and advise our hiring managers and who has mastered 'the swan' stroke....(managing all the moving parts with grace and without getting rattled with the competing priorities!).

We embrace hybrid working, with the infrastructure, autonomy and empowerment to support it. However, our office is serious amazing, providing a bit of a carrot for the days when you are onsite.
