About the role
Not only is the Finance team a wonderful bunch, but you'll be joining our business at a time of transformation and accelerated growth. Leading and mentoring the Accounts Payable and Receivable Team and Management Accountants. You'll partner across the business with stakeholders including Procurement, Merchandise Planning, CSR functions. Providing insightful data, such as supplier reporting, variance analysis and impactful data that will serve the business to make better decisions. This is a true partnership role, with a real opportunity to problem solve, through financial data and analysis.

And when you need to destress from the pressures of month end, dive into our onsite gym, shoot some hoops at our onsite basketball court (yes, we have an actual basketball court in our office) and challenge your team to a game of table tennis.
You'll be an accomplished Finance Business Partner, with the necessary CA/CPA and tertiary qualifications. Vital too is a track record in a high-volume transaction environment such as retail or FMCG, with an understanding of procurement and merchandise processes. Beyond the transactional requirements of the team, you'll enjoy and have evidence of problem solving, generating, and communicating insights and influencing stakeholders, underpinned by your strong communication skills.
You'll have experience in leading a team, with a leadership style that matches the culture of the team that is empowering, approachable and supportive. You'll enjoy learning new finance technologies and will brings advanced Excel and SAP equivalent system knowledge.
